  • General Approach

    I believe that change happens within the context of a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship. I have advanced training in multiple modalities and tailor each treatment based on your needs. Therapy will begin with an initial assessment for me to learn about you and for you to learn what it’s like to work with me. We will work collaboratively to understand your goals and come up with a plan for treatment. My practice is culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ affirming.

  • Individual Therapy

    My role is not to tell you what to do or offer quick fixes. Instead, we will work collaboratively to explore your inner world, helping you understand your experiences, relationships and patterns more deeply so they feel less overwhelming and you can respond with greater intention and choice. Together, we’ll uncover the narratives and ways of coping shaped by past relationships and experiences that no longer serve you, opening the door to new ways of relating and relief from suffering.

  • Couples Counseling

    I work with couples to explore the underlying patterns in their relationship, including how past experiences and earlier relational dynamics may influence the way you relate to each other today. Common areas we address include conflict and communication challenges, navigating life transitions and deepening intimacy. Couples sessions focus on fostering empathy, enhancing connection and developing a deeper understanding of one another’s emotional world.
